Three weeks ago, I wrote about the amazing flight deals that were happening throughout Southeast Asia. I snagged a trip to Singapore for ~$600 in November. The Star Alliance (ANA, Air China, Singapore, United, etc) has opened fares as low as ~500, from now throughout the rest of the schedule (meaning through July 2018).
The flights originate from Houston (IAH), Chicago (ORD), Los Angeles (LAX), and New York (JFK). Destinations include Tokyo (NRT/HND), Bangkok (BKK), Manila (MNL), Singapore (SIN), and Kuala Lumpur (KUL).
As always, use Google Flights to search your desired itinerary then use Orbitz or Expedia to book because they offer free cancellation within 24 hours (some airlines offer this as well).
American Express Platinum earns 5X Membership Rewards when booked directly through the airline or AMEX Travel, Citi Prestige offers 3X ThankYou Points, and Chase Sapphire Preferred will net you 2X Ultimate Rewards Points.
As a reminder, make sure your passport is valid during the travel.
