Last week, on my flight from Boston to Chicago, I purchased inflight wifi for $9.99 to try to get some work done. Well, that did not happen. I keep getting the following message.
A few days after returning home, I used the United Refunds page to make a formal reimbursement request.
I input all of my information, as well as the flight information, and the supporting documentation (which was the wifi picture above).
A few days later, I received the following email from the refunds department.
Even though it was ‘only’ $9.99, I am happy with the prompt resolution by United Airlines, thanks.
