Review: Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott
To end the trip, I decided to stay at the Marriott Dallas Fort Worth Airport North. I stayed at the property before and I always find it comfortable.
Booking
I booked the stay using my second free night certificate. Alternatively, I could have paid ~100 for the night. After booking, I called the hotel to let them know that I would be arriving late. I also asked about a suite upgrade. The agent said that she would check on it.
Arrival
The hotel had complimentary on site parking for all guests.
Check In
As I entered the hotel, there was a bar to the right. The front desk is straight ahead and on the left. There were a few guests in front of me. After waiting a few minutes, I was helped.
Room
With keys in hand, I made my way to the elevators. The room was located on the 20th floor, the top floor. I made a right out of the elevator and the room was on the right.
To my surprise, I had been upgraded to the San Antonio suite.
As you enter the room, the bathroom is on the right.
The main living area was straight ahead and made up most of the suite.
The bedroom was at the back of the suite and could be accessed from the bathroom and dining area.
Dining
I did not eat at the hotel, but room service was available. There was also the bar, that I mentioned earlier, where you could order food.
There was also a market next to the front desk.
Fitness
The fitness center is located on the P (pool) level.
The weight room was huge. There was a lot of equipment.
There was an indoor hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool.
Final Word
The hotel was perfect for my one night stay. If you are in Grand Prarie and need a place to stay, consider this hotel.
