Winter storms continue to impact travel throughout the United States. The Midwest and Northeast were the hardest hit areas of the country over the past few weeks. Not to outdone, the Pacific Northwest has been hampered by a winter storm over the weekend. In addition to the weather in the United States, Brussels Airport is scheduled to be shut down due to a strike on February 13, 2019. United Airlines has issued the following travel waivers:

Final Word
A delay is one of the most frustrating things that can occur when traveling. Airlines try to assist by preemptively offering travel waivers so customers can adjust their plans. If you can wait a few days before traveling, please do or run the risk of being stuck in the airport.
Sounds like some cold weather back home Phillip. For once, I am not in the tropics but freezing a bit in Turkey. I feel their chill LOL.
