I arrived in Singapore just as my flight to Tokyo was boarding. This bummed me out because I would have loved to visit the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Business Class Lounge. It was not meant to be, so I quickly headed to my gate because I was not missing another flight.
The flight to Tokyo was operated by a Singapore Airlines 777-300. I had flown on a Singapore 777-300 from Beijing to Singapore last year on my Whirlwind Trip to Asia and was looking forward to experiencing the service again.

The flight last year was booked in the mini business class cabin, while this one was in the larger, main cabin. I appreciated that the cabin was not completely booked. The seat was the older business class seat, but still extremely comfortable.
The champagne was not comparable to the Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve from the previous flight, but the food was definitely a step above. I would have preferred to use Singapore Airlines’ Book the Cook, but was not disappointed. There were a few options food dinner, I ultimately decided to go with the pork loin. It was as amazing as it looked.

After dinner, I rested for some time. I woke up a bit hungry and decided to order a bowl of ramen. It delivered in less than 10 minutes. I always appreciate the presentation on Singapore Airlines, even if it is a simple bowl of ramen.

The flight from Singapore was over as quickly as it started. I was given one of Singapore Airlines’ A350 bears as a parting gift.

The flight to Tokyo aboard Singapore Airlines was lovely as always. I was happy to be in Tokyo so I could make the journey to Fukuoka on the Nozomi Shinkansen. Thanks for bearing with me while I get the complete trip report together.
