Air France A350-900 Business Class in 5 Pictures

Good day. After spending the better part of a week in Paris on holiday, we have finally made it back to Texas. I did not know we would be returning in the midst of one of the worst windstorms in Texas history because the WiFi on the flight. Here is the point I realized a weather event was happening:

The following is to share my initial thoughts. There will be a full business class review in the coming days.

We flew the return in business class which was a paid upgrade of $630 USD per seat. This was after I spent $56 USD per seat to upgrade to Exit Row seats. The seat was amazing! The seat was angled toward the opposite seat and included a lap belt and shoulder harness. It offered a ton of privacy with the door and center partition.

The amenity kit included toiletries, toothbrush, eye mask, socks and a pen. I felt like it was kinda cheap quality but did include quite a few items to keep me refreshed/comfortable for the duration of the flight.

The catering in business class was mile ahead of the offerings in economy. This should be a no brainer but the food on the outbound segments was inedible. For the lunch meal, I ordered the beef chuck, which ended up being more of a beef stew. It was a well put together dish, except the olives.

The pre-arrival meal was just as delicious. It consisted of boneless chicken thigh, shortbread cake and grapefruit. The garlic, herb sauce on the chicken was delicious.

Final Word

We are finally home after a weeklong vacation in Paris. The icing on the cake was the return home in Air France’s business class suite. We were able to rest and eat properly which was what we needed.
