When Bad Service From Rib Crib Gets Better

A few minutes ago, my buddy texted and asked if I could grab something to eat from Rib Crib. Suuuuurrrrre. I called the number and was put on hold for about seven minutes. I entered the restaurant, walked to the bar, and ordered the food (all while still on hold).

I grabbed a quick beer, while I waited.

Rikky, the bartender, was perfect. She provided prompt service and was the friendliest. The food came out quickly.

At this time, Heath, the manager came by to apologize for the phone delay (which he did not have to do). He gave me a 20% discount (which he did not have to do because I was ordering the food anyway).

Thanks Rikki and Heath, you guys made an uneventful night, memorable. Thank you Rib Crib Wichita Falls.
