Let me start by saying this, I cannot believe that I flew the A380-800 in suites class with Singapore Airlines. It has been one of my ambitions to fly this class of service. As I mentioned before, the Chinese immigration policy is very restrictive and expensive. My experience at the airport certainly did not help.
This perfect storm slowed me to fly Singapore business class to Singapore and suites class back to Beijing before the journey home. FYI: Singapore has a new and improved suites class, but this one is perfectly fine as well.

While I will have a full review in the coming days, I will share a few pictures and initial thoughts of the flight.
The suite itself had a ton of space without being a double bed. So much that my carry on luggage fit under the ottoman that was beneath the tv.

The seat was firm, which I prefer. Not too firm that it hurt my back, but just riiiiight (Goldie Locks anyone?).

I ordered my main entree, Boston Lobster Thermidor, using Book the Cook. It was sooooooo amazing.

The Boston Lobster Thermidor was followed by a fresh fruit tart and sorbet. It was really sweet, but still delicious.

I know that this was supposed to be five pictures, but I would feel bad if I did not share the double bed suite that I enjoyed. OMG.

Singapore Airlines A380 was superb. My flying experience has forever changed. Thanks to a great crew, service, and experience, I will forever remember this flight. Thank you all.
