Before heading back to the airport, I decided to grab brunch at The Pig & Sprout. The Pig & Sprout is located next to the Hotel Indigo.

There is a hostess stand to left when entering the restaurant. A host and hostess welcome me to the restaurant. I had a bit of a wait because the place was full of people. I took it as a sign that I made the right choice for brunch.
I was seated 15 minutes later. The restaurant had a decent amount of seating. There were booths, high top tables, and the bar top.
The waitress introduced herself and provided the following menus. The drink menu was larger than the brunch menu.
Ordering food was a task because I wanted to eat everything. I eventually settled on the pork rinds, Do-It-Yourself pigs in a blanket, and chicken and waffles. Everything was delicious. Sadly, I could not finish it all.

I also tried the gin and tonic and bacon bloody mary.
If the main area of the restaurant is not what you like, there is a lounge upstairs. You could grab some light reading the bookshelf before you go to the lounge.
The lounge includes comfortable chairs around a tv, some seating along the wall, and a full bar.
Final Word
The Pig & Sprout is a great restaurant. You can go there for brunch or later in the evening to enjoy the lounge. The staff, food, and location were perfect. I would definitely visit the place again.
